Key Responsibilities
* Provide support to the Finance team with the department’s administrative and operational tasks.
* Assist with the management, organization and filing of invoices, delivery notes and financial documentation.
* Support the recording and follow-up of supplier and customer invoices.
* Assist in reviewing invoices, ensuring that all information is accurate and complete.
* Support the follow-up of supplier payments and customer collections.
* Assist with the reconciliation and review of bank transactions and different payment methods.
* Support the updating and maintenance of financial databases, files and records.
* Assist with the monitoring and control of hotel expenses and departmental costs.
* Support the preparation of financial reports, analysis and reporting.
* Assist with the control and follow-up of documentation related to purchases and suppliers.
* Support communication and follow-up with suppliers when required.
* Assist with the monthly closing process, gathering and organizing the necessary information.




* Collaborate with other hotel departments to collect financial information and documentation.
* Support the review and monitoring of budgets and expense items, following the department’s guidelines.
* Keep the Finance Department’s physical and digital files up to date.
* Participate in other Finance projects and tasks according to the department’s operational needs. Profile & Skills
* Currently studying Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality Management or a related field.
* Genuine interest in developing a career in Finance within the hospitality industry.
* Positive attitude, proactive mindset and strong willingness to learn.
* Spanish and English required; additional languages are a plus.
* Availability: 6 to 8 months. Conditions
