This Is Not a Typical Reservations Role This is wheresales meets operations. If you’re looking for a purely administrative role, this isn’t it. * Managehigh-value group business
* Driveconversion and revenue performance
* Work acrossinternational markets and multiple channels
* Be part of acentralised, high-performance CRO (Central Reservations Office) What You’ll Own
* Managegroup reservationsacross direct, OTA, and wholesale channels
* Proactivelyconvert enquiries into confirmed business
* Build, negotiate, and optimisegroup quotes, including upselling opportunities
* Take full ownership ofbilling, deposits, and payment processes
* Ensure accuracy and efficiency across systems and platforms
* Collaborate withRevenue, Sales, and Operationsto maximise results
* Build strong, lasting relationships withclients and partners What We’re Looking For
* Fluent English + French (additional languages are a strong plus)
* Solid experience inhotel reservations (groups preferred) and customer service
* Ability to managehigh volume and complexity with confidence




* Strongcommercial mindset— you don’t just quote, you convert
* Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and time management skills
* Natural communicator with strong relationship-building ability
* Comfortable in afast-paced, performance-driven environment Tech & Tools
* Experience withPMS systems (MEWS is a plus)
* Familiar withOTAs, wholesale platforms, and booking channels
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office What’s In It For You
