Key Responsibilities
Will Include
• Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads provided by the company
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities
• Focus on new developments and new-build properties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international buyers and developers
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate and support clients throughout the purchase process Who we are looking for
• Has a strong sales-driven and proactive mindset
• Is confident and comfortable making outbound calls
• Is motivated by targets and achieving results
• Has excellent communication skills
• Has a genuine interest in real estate and new developments
• Enjoys working with international clients
• Speaks English fluently; other languages are a plus
• Previous experience in real estate, new developments is a requirement Terms
