• At least 1 years of experience as a Tech Lead or in a similar technical leadership position.
• Strong background in software development, with solid knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Angular, Node.js, REST APIs, and frontend/backend integrations.
• Good understanding of web application architecture, development processes, and technical best practices.
• Experience identifying technical challenges, resolving blockers, and proposing effective solutions.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams with different levels of seniority.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments; knowledge of SAFe is a plus.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in Valencia (3 days on-site per week). ? WHAT WILL YOU DO? ?
• Lead the technical development of mobile and web applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables and efficient team collaboration.
• Oversee projects involving Angular, Node.js, backend integrations, and DevOps processes.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Define technical approaches, support architectural decisions,



and guide developers throughout implementation.
• Prepare, refine, and manage technical tasks and user stories using Jira.
• Monitor development progress, identify blockers, and help the team overcome technical challenges.
• Facilitate technical refinements and actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, Product teams, and Business Analysts to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure technical documentation, quality standards, and delivery timelines are maintained, particularly in regulated environments.
