About the Role
An experienced and commercially driven professional driven Sportsbook Operations Specialist to act as the key operational link between the Online Sports Product team and the Trading, Marketing, BI, CRM and VIP teams. The role combines sportsbook operations, commercial performance monitoring and cross functional coordination to drive continuous optimization of the sports betting offering across all operating markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a competitive,comprehensive and high-quality sportsbook experience by monitoring market performance, identifying improvement opportunities, coordinating operational initiatives and supporting sportsbook growth objectives. Responsibilities
• Monitor the sportsbook offering across all operating markets, ensuring relevant sporting events, competitions, betting markets and bet types are available, accurate and correctly published.
• Identify product, coverage and commercial opportunities through competitor analysis, performance monitoring and customer behavior insights.
• Conduct ongoing competitor benchmarking,



assessing event coverage, market depth, odds competitiveness, pre-match and live betting offerings, promotional features and overall customer experience.
• Act as the primary operational liaison between Product and Trading, coordinating requests, priorities, ownership and execution follow-up.
• Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and escalate risks or delays where necessary.
• Oversee sportsbook publishing quality, including event positioning, featured competitions, market visibility, navigation and content organization.
• Collaborate with Trading, Product and Technology teams to define requirements, implement enhancements and resolve recurring operational challenges.
• Maintain and prioritize a backlog of sportsbook improvements, trading requests and product enhancement opportunities.
• Support the launch of new betting markets, features and sportsbook capabilities across multiple jurisdictions.
• Monitor sportsbook performance KPIs, including event coverage, market availability, customer engagement and betting activity.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented initiatives and provide actionable recommendations to improve sportsbook performance,



customer engagement and commercial results. Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in sportsbook operations, sports betting product management, trading operations or a related online gaming role.
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering & management, Business Administration, Economics or a related field. Required Skills
• Strong understanding of sports betting markets, odds compilation, pre-match and live betting operations, sportsbook publishing and event management.
• Proven experience conducting competitor benchmarking and identifying commercial opportunities within the sports betting industry.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Trading, Product, Technology, Marketing, BI, CRM and operational teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail and execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to drive outcomes without direct reporting authority.
• Proactive, commercially minded and results-oriented approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
