Join LivaNova as a Customer Service Representative in Barcelona, where you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and reliable customer experience across our Cardiopulmonary and Neuromodulation businesses in Spain.
As part of a small, collaborative team, you will manage the end-to-end order process, support customers and field Sales Representatives, and work closely with internal departments to ensure efficient order execution and high-quality service.
Provide day-to-day support to field Sales Representatives, helping them respond to customer needs and ensuring effective communication between customers and internal teams.
Collaborate closely with departments such as Finance,



Credit Control and Marketing to address customer requests, follow up on outstanding invoices and coordinate operational activities.
Support the monitoring of local warehouses and consignment or trunk stock activities, in collaboration with the teams responsible for these processes.
Prepare and coordinate the shipment of products and materials when required, supporting the operational needs of the business.
Your Profile 3–5 years of experience in Customer Service, order management or a similar customer-facing administrative role.
Fluent in Spanish and English is essential.
Ability to understand Catalan are important for supporting customers in Spain.
Portuguese would be an advantage.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA or another ERP system would be an advantage.
