They own the infrastructure, manage deployments and make sure our platform stays up and performant, even at millions of requests per second. You’ll guide a talented SRE team in building reliable, resilient, and scalable systems, while defining best practices for observability, incident management, automation, and operational excellence. experience:
Extensive experience designing and operating large-scale, multi-region AWS infrastructure. Proven track record improving the reliability, scalability, and performance of distributed systems. Expert knowledge of Terraform, Infrastructure-as-Code, observability, Linux, networking, and performance troubleshooting. Strong coding skills in at least two languages, with a focus on automation and maintainable tooling. Fluent in English. The salary range shown reflects total On-Target Earnings (OTE), including base salary and a performance-based Quarterly bonus with transparent KPIs.
