To teach classes of pupils ensuring that planning, preparation, recording, assessment and reporting meet their varying learning and social needs. Teaching 30 hours per week (contact and non-contact time), including IBDP Business Management in DP2 (9 hours per week) and DP1 (9 hours per week). The position also includes responsibilities as a Year 12 IB Form Tutor. The successful candidate will be flexible and adaptable, actively contributing to the development and growth of an expanding school. TEACHING
• Provide inspiring and effective education in the relevant curriculum areas.
• Deliver lessons aligned with the school's Teaching and Learning Charter.
• Provide regular verbal and written feedback in line with the school's assessment policy.
• Participate in curriculum-based field trips, co-curricular activities and NAE Integral Campus initiatives.
• Carry out break-time and lunchtime duties according to the school timetable.
• Mentor students when appropriate.
• Uphold the school's Code of Conduct at all times. ROLE OF FORM TUTOR
• Undertake the role of Form Tutor.
• Ensure Daily Wellbeing Time and tutor sessions are effective.




• Support assemblies through presentations and class assembly preparation.
• Complete reports and attend conferences as required by the school calendar.
• Maintain ongoing records of student attainment in line with school policies.
• Promote the work of students, colleagues and the school through newsletters, yearbooks and social media.
• Promote equality, diversity and inclusion in all aspects of school life. Support colleagues across the school community.
• Share teaching materials, ideas and educational technology resources with colleagues. PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
• Engage in Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
• Use feedback, lesson observations, data analysis and student voice to improve practice.
• Stay up to date with curriculum developments and subject-specific teaching approaches. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics or a related field (Essential)
• Teaching Qualification (Desirable) Experience teaching A Level, AP, IB MYP, IB DP or ESO programmes, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience (Essential)
• Native or advanced level English (Essential)
• Demonstrable passion for teaching and strong subject knowledge (Essential)
