The role will ensure deployment quality, business readiness, and successful go-live execution through effective planning, coordination, and stakeholder engagement. Based on the programme's testing leadership model, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving testing strategy while coordinating all cutover activities across business and IT workstreams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead business transformation and deployment readiness activitiesDefine and govern end-to-end testing and cutover strategiesAlign business stakeholders with deployment objectives and timelinesEnsure business and technical pre-requisites are completed ahead of testing and go-livePrepare and facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops where requiredCoordinate with technical consultants, programme teams, and deployment managersManage SIT, UAT,
