We are looking for a Service Engineer responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar panel cleaning robots at customer sites. The role requires strong technical skills and the ability to handle on-site challenges while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
* Perform installation and commissioning of solar cleaning robots at site
* Handle preventive maintenance (PM) and breakdown maintenance (BM)
* Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
* Ensure proper robot performance and functionality
* Coordinate with design, production, and support teams for issue resolution
* Provide on-site training to customer/operator teams
* Maintain service reports, logs, and documentation
* Ensure timely closure of service tickets/complaints
* Support remote troubleshooting when required




* Ensure adherence to safety standards at site Required Skills
* Knowledge of mechanical and basic electrical systems
* Hands-on experience in installation and troubleshooting
* Understanding of motors, sensors, wiring, and control systems
* Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams
* Good problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and customer handling skills Preferred Skills
* Experience in field service / site work
* Exposure to robotics / automation / solar industry
* Basic knowledge of PLC or controllers (added advantage)
