Salary: Basic €30,000 gross p/a + On-target bonus of €5,175 gross per year, with uncapped earning potential.

Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday

In this role, you will focus on acquiring new business clients and introducing innovative AI-powered advertising solutions that help businesses grow. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys prospecting, building client relationships and closing deals. Your Responsibilities





- Identify and engage potential business clients through inbound leads and outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email and social selling.
- Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Understand client business needs and recommend suitable AI-powered advertising solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and qualification through to closing deals.
- Build relationships with business decision-makers, including senior management.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales, revenue and activity targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
