The Portfolio, NPL Manager, is responsible for providing strategic and analytical support for portfolio optimization and product launches to drive informed decision-making and maximize business impactIdentify and evaluate new product opportunities based on market needs, scientific advancements, and competitive analysis.Conduct market research to understand trends, consumer needs, and the competitive landscape.Product Lifecycle management and product optimization. Identify gaps, overlaps, and opportunities for in-licensing, discontinuation, or lifecycle extension.Develop and execute detailed launch plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Support and coordinate cross-functional launch readiness plans.Work closely and cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including Medical, Sales, Regulatory, Supply, Spanish and central Portfolio and NPL teams, to ensure alignment on launch strategies and cohesive execution of activities.Provide insights to inform strategic decisions on product positioning and differentiation.Perform competitive benchmarking to identify competitive advantages and areas for improvement.Conduct and support training sessions for sales teams to ensure in-depth knowledge of product features, competitors, benefits, and positioning.Manage monthly forecasting, reporting, and budget preparation.Use analytics to support continuous improvement in launch and portfolio processes.The RoleStrategic Thinking:
