• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Expert, or in a similar role, ideally within the retail or consumer goods industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, collaborating effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Experience in business process analysis, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Nice to have: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly Commerce POS and Finance & Operations modules.
• Nice to have: Understanding of POS and ERP systems, including their integration with physical retail operations, e-commerce, and marketing platforms.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of retail operations, global compliance requirements, and Finance or Supply Chain processes. ? WHAT WILL YOU DO? ?

• Support project managers in defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Assess the feasibility, benefits, and potential risks of proposed solutions to support informed decision-making.
• Contribute to the successful integration and improvement of business systems, particularly within retail, POS, and ERP environments.
