Role Description We are hiring a Tokenomics and Ecosystem Specialist to support token research, economic modeling, and ecosystem analysis. This remote, Spain-based role focuses on evaluating token structures, participant incentives, and sustainable growth across blockchain projects. Responsibilities Evaluate token utility, distribution, vesting, emissions, and incentive structures. Analyze how token supply, demand, and participant behavior affect ecosystem sustainability. Research blockchain projects, governance models, and competitive positioning. Build economic scenarios and assess liquidity, concentration, and incentive-related risks. Monitor token unlocks, on-chain activity, adoption, and ecosystem participation. Prepare research reports and recommendations for product and business teams.



Evaluate potential ecosystem partnerships based on strategic fit and measurable outcomes. Qualifications Experience in tokenomics, blockchain research, economics, financial modeling, or Web3 strategy. Strong understanding of token utility, incentive design, governance, and decentralized ecosystems. Ability to build quantitative models and explain assumptions, findings, and limitations. Familiarity with Ethereum, Layer 1 and Layer 2 networks, and DeFi protocols. Strong analytical, research, and communication skills. Based in Spain and legally authorized to work in Spain. Preferred Background Experience with a cryptocurrency platform, blockchain protocol, DAO, or fintech company. Familiarity with Dune, DefiLlama, Token Terminal, Excel, Python, or SQL. Understanding of staking incentives, treasury sustainability, and on-chain analytics. Compensation €65,000
- €100,000 gross per year, depending on experience and responsibilities.
