Redactar un plan nutricional le lleva horas a un nutricionista: gramo a gramo, cuadrando cada macro a mano. Cibus lo hace en minutos, siguiendo el método del propio competente. Nacimos en marzo y hoy más de 500 nutricionistas, médicos y clínicas usan Cibus en Italia. Estamos en 200k de ARR. En España ya tenemos una pipeline de 200 nutricionistas que han pedido una demo, y necesitamos el equipo que los llame. Cómo puedes entrar Estamos construyendo el equipo comercial español desde cero, así que el punto de entrada depende de ti:
• SDR: cualificas los leads y agendas demos. Si funciona, pasas a cerrar en pocas semanas.
• Full cycle: llevas el lead de principio a fin, de la primera llamada al cierre.
• Account Executive: haces demos y cierras, con un SDR que te prepara la agenda.
• Country Launcher: lideras el mercado y construyes el equipo a medida que crece. No tienes que elegir ahora: en la entrevista vemos juntos dónde encajas mejor. Buscamos
• Español nativo o fluido (si eres italiano y hablas español, también)
• Vivir en España o en Italia, trabajando en remoto
• Hambre de verdad: no hace falta experiencia en ventas, hacen falta ganas de aprender rápido y de cerrar
• Valorable: italiano, experiencia comercial o haber emprendido Ofrecemos
• Fijo + comisiones sin techo
• 100% remoto, con un viaje al mes a nuestra oficina de Milán si es necesario
• Formación directa con el equipo que ya vende en Italia

How you can join We're building the Spanish sales team from scratch, so the entry point depends on you:
• SDR: you qualify the leads and book demos. If it works, you move on to closing within a few weeks.
• Full cycle: you own the lead from the first call to the close.
• Account Executive: you run demos and close, with an SDR filling your calendar.
• Country Launcher: you lead the market and build the team as it grows. You don't have to choose now: in the interview we'll figure out together where you fit best. What we're looking for
• Native or fluent Spanish (if you're Italian and speak Spanish, that works too)
• Based in Spain or Italy, working remotely
• Real hunger: no sales experience required, just the drive to learn fast and close
• Nice to have: Italian, sales experience or having started something of your own
