Role Description The Owner at CEI València Espai Terapéutic will oversee the daily operations of the therapeutic center, ensuring high-quality services and a welcoming, inclusive environment for clients and staff. This full-time, on-site role, based in the Community of Madrid, Spain, includes managing budgets, resources, and schedules, as well as supervising and supporting a multidisciplinary team of professionals. The Owner will develop and implement strategic plans, coordinate programs and services, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations and professional standards. They will also cultivate partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and stakeholders, while leading marketing and outreach initiatives to promote the center’s services. Continuous improvement of processes, client experience, and staff development will be a core part of the day-to-day responsibilities. Qualifications
• Background in healthcare, mental health, education, social work, or a related therapeutic field, with experience managing or coordinating services.
• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills, including the ability to supervise staff,



delegate responsibilities, and resolve conflicts constructively.
• Experience with operations and business management, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients, families, staff, and external partners.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans, marketing initiatives, and community outreach activities to grow and strengthen the center.
• Demonstrated commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive, and trauma-informed practices, ensuring equitable access to services.
• Proficiency with basic office software and digital tools for documentation, reporting, and internal communication.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• Fluency in Spanish; additional languages are an asset, especially in serving diverse communities in the Community of Madrid.
