• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within Finance, financial systems, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes, business analysis, and business requirements documentation.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into functional specifications and technology solutions.
• Knowledge of e-invoicing processes and financial workflows is highly valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project delivery, and continuous improvement practices.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, assess, and implement technological solutions that meet business objectives.
• Evaluate the feasibility, benefits, and potential risks of proposed solutions.
• Support project managers in defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
