We're looking for an engineer and an entrepreneur. In one person. Zernio is a bootstrapped team of 9 in Spain building marketing infrastructure for AI agents. We crossed $5M in ARR in about a year and have over 10,000 paying users. We're doubling down on humans and will double the team in the next 3 months. From day one you own your product by hand: talking to customers, deciding what to build, building it full-stack, shipping it, supporting it... basically everything. Your goal is not only to write code, but to understand the business behind it. You figure out what matters, you build it without help, and you make sure customers actually use it. One thing is non-negotiable: you've built your own product before, end to end. This person will work alone, without supervision, and without a team. You won't get told what to do, but the team will always be available to help.

You will work long hours but will participate in a project that's growing fast, and that growth will also reward you. If you don't work well without a manager, need to be told what to do, or prefer not having this level of responsibility, Zernio is not for you. More things about Zernio:
• We work remotely from Spain
• We ship daily to production, no reviews
• We work mostly async, with a lot of comms on Slack
• You make the decisions
• Our hiring process is disorganized and our goal is to get to know you personally
• We recently took the whole team to San Francisco If this sounds like you, DM me (Miki) :)
