We're looking for a seller and an entrepreneur. In one person. Zernio is a bootstrapped team of 9 in Spain building marketing infrastructure for AI agents. We crossed $5M in ARR in about a year and have over 10,000 paying users. We're doubling down on humans and will double the team in the next 3 months. Zernio has been fully product-led until today. You will be the first person on the team to go out and find customers. From day one you own sales by hand: finding customers, reaching out, demos, pricing, closing, and helping existing customers build deeper into Zernio... basically everything. Your goal is not only to close deals, but to understand what our biggest customers need and bring it back to the team. One thing is non-negotiable: you've built your own company or project before, and sold it yourself. This person will work alone, without supervision, and without a team. You won't get told what to do,



but theteam will always be available to help. You will work long hours but will participate in a project that's growing fast, and that growth will also reward you. If you don't work well without a manager, need to be told what to do, or prefer not having this level of responsibility, Zernio is not for you. More things about Zernio:
