We’re looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join an AI-first Developer Platform team supporting a leading UK financial services client. You’ll build and automate secure developer tooling, CI/CD platforms and infrastructure, using AI and agentic technologies to improve engineering productivity, security and quality. ?

Location:
100% Remote for candidates based in Spain. ? Language: English is a must. Spanish desirable. ? Responsibilities
• Build and evolve secure, scalable developer platforms, CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure using Continuous Delivery and DevSecOps practices.
• Develop AI-assisted and agentic automation for areas such as pipeline management, remediation, testing, security and operational tasks.
• Apply TDD/BDD and test-first practices across applications, infrastructure, pipelines and AI agents.
• Improve platform observability through monitoring, telemetry, logging and tracing.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code and secure-by-default engineering practices.
• Work closely with engineering teams, understand their needs and continuously improve developer experience and productivity. ✅

Your Profile
• Strong hands-on experience with TDD and BDD in production environments.
• Deep understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD and Continuous Delivery practices.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, trunk-based development and observability.
• An AI-first mindset, with experience or strong interest in GitHub Copilot, Claude and agentic AI tools.




• Strong engineering fundamentals, with a hands-on, product-oriented and collaborative mindset. ? Tech Stack
