About the Role

Our client seeks a visionary and strategic Director de Recursos Humanos to lead their HR function. This fully remote position will be instrumental in shaping the company's people strategy, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving organizational growth. You will oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and HR operations. The adecuado candidate is a seasoned HR executive with a proven ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives and lead teams effectively. This is a remote-first opportunity, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact on our organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the company's mission and vision.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Oversee talent acquisition, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent globally.
- Design and implement robust talent management, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to create a positive and productive work culture.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations across all operating regions.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team on all people-related matters.
- Manage HR budgets and resources effectively.




- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the organization.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a proven track record of success in strategic HR management.
- Extensive experience in all functional areas of HR, including talent management, C&B;, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies in a remote or distributed work environment.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into HR solutions.
- Experience working with executive leadership teams and boards of directors.
- Proficiency in HR technology and data analytics.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required for this role.
