What You'll Be Doing

- Lead the technical architecture of large-scale Eightfold implementations for enterprise clients, often some of the world's biggest companies. Own technical decisions from discovery through go-live, tackling complex integrations, high-volume data, and challenging migrations.
- Sit across the table from CIOs, IT directors, and CHROs, push back when needed, and turn ambitious goals into architectures that will hold up at scale.
- Get hands-on when it counts: write and debug code, troubleshoot JSON configurations, trace API calls, and find the root cause others missed.
- Join pre-sales conversations to run technical discovery, shape solutions, scope work realistically, and present architectures that win trust.
- Partner closely with the Delivery Manager to define and uphold technical standards, integration patterns, and data governance practices across projects.
- Raise the technical bar across the delivery organization by mentoring consultants, reviewing designs, and developing reusable solutions that make the entire team better.
- Track Eightfold's roadmap ahead of time and decide how new capabilities should change the way we deliver.
- Develop deep expertise in HR technology ecosystems and talent processes, ensuring technical decisions support real business needs and end-to-end workflows.

What You Bring

- 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementations,



technical architecture, or systems integration, with expertise in complex data schemas, high-volume ETL, and large-scale migrations.
- Strong experience with enterprise SaaS ecosystems (e.g., HR tech, CRM, ERP), with the ability to quickly develop expertise in HR technology and business processes.
- Experience designing and delivering integration architectures that are scalable, secure, and performant.
- Strong technical proficiency in JSON, APIs (REST, SOAP), file-based integrations, and common integration patterns.
- Hands-on programming or scripting experience (Python or equivalent), with the ability to read, write, and debug code independently.
- Exceptional technical judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn ambiguous, high-stakes challenges into practical solutions without waiting for a playbook.
- Executive presence: you can explain a data architecture to engineers in the morning and defend it to a C-suite in the afternoon.
- A collaborative leadership style. You lead through influence, invite debate, and develop the technical capabilities of those around you.
- Real fluency with AI tools, using them to speed up your work and raise its quality, and helping others do the same.

Highly Desirable

- Experience with HRIS, ATS, or talent platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, iCIMS, Eightfold, Phenom, or Beamery.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale HR technology transformations, including recruiting, talent management, or skills-based workforce processes.
