Balance is building a new model for obesity care in Spain: medical expertise, technology and real human support in one place. Right now, we are growing faster than our processes are.

That is what this role is for.

What you’ll own

- Map how we actually work today across our medical, product and support teams — and write it down properly for the first time
- Find where things break, and fix them. Not just report them.
- Build the KPI dashboards and tracking tools the team uses to make decisions
- Dig into our operational and product data to answer questions nobody has answered yet
- Automate the repetitive work with AI — ours and the team’s. If something happens the same way twice a week, we’d rather you build something that does it than do it by hand.

You’ll probably enjoy this if

- You’re AI-native. These tools are part of how you work,



not something you tried once. You’ve automated something real with them, and you can tell us exactly where they fall short.
- You have built something nobody asked you to build — a spreadsheet, a small tool, a newsletter, a club, a side business
- You like turning messy problems into structured ones
- You’re comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets. SQL is a plus, not a requirement.
- You speak Spanish and English fluently
- You want to see how a startup really runs, and you don’t mind that it’s sometimes messy
