About the roleWe’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to build across our TypeScript monorepo, from the dashboard brands use to manage their agents to the backend services, integrations and background workers that power them. You’ll own features from the first product discussion through implementation, deployment and improvement. You’ll work on real customer workflows where data accuracy, reliable execution and a clear user experience matter.

What you’ll do

- Ship complete features across our dashboard, embeddable chat widget and backend services.
- Build APIs and agent workflows using clear controller,



service and data-access boundaries, with consistent validation across client and server.
- Develop integrations with platforms such as Shopify, WhatsApp, Zendesk, Gorgias and Stripe, handling webhooks, failures and retries reliably.
- Build and improve LLM integrations, prompt orchestration and the connections that let agents retrieve information and execute actions.
- Design reliable background jobs and event-driven workflows, with careful handling of transactions, concurrency and tenant data isolation.
- Improve database performance, application responsiveness and observability through query optimization, structured logging, error reporting and tracing.
- Write focused unit and integration tests for critical workflows, including billing, permissions and state transitions.
- Work closely with Product, Sales and customer teams to understand problems, validate ideas and turn them into useful product capabilities.

We’re looking for

- Strong TypeScript skills: You’re comfortable with strict typing, generics, inference and building maintainable applications across Node.js and React.
- Backend and database experience:



You can design REST APIs and relational models, manage migrations, and reason about indexes, transactions, connection pooling and query performance. Experience with Express, PostgreSQL and Prisma is especially relevant.
- Frontend engineering judgment: You understand routing, server state, caching, optimistic updates and complex forms. You can build clear interfaces with React and tools such as TanStack Query and Router.
- Reliable asynchronous systems: You’ve worked with queues, background processing, retries and concurrency, ideally using Redis and BullMQ.
- Sound architectural fundamentals: You understand multi-tenant applications, event-driven workflows, shared schemas and clear separation of responsibilities.
- Hands-on AI integration experience: You’ve integrated LLM APIs and understand how to make their behaviour observable and reliable within a product.
- Third-party API experience: You’re comfortable connecting external systems and handling authentication, webhooks, rate limits and partial failures.
- Autonomy and care: You can understand an existing codebase, follow its conventions and ship well-tested changes with clear communication and sensible tradeoffs.
