Appodeal is looking for a strategic and results-driven leader to head our User Acquisition efforts. As Head of User Acquisition , you will be responsible for building and executing the UA strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and maximizing ROAS to scale our portfolio of casual, ad-monetized evergreen mobile games. Your primary goal will be to ensure our apps’ growth and monetization performance is on par with or exceeds that of top competitors. Lead business development efforts,



including negotiating and managing partnerships and exclusive deals with networks. Collaborate with engineers to identify automation opportunities for campaign management and reporting. Lead and grow the Creative team, setting high-level goals and ensuring their output supports UA objectives. Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders. In-depth knowledge of various digital buying platforms, including CPI networks, DSPs, Google Ads, etc. ~ Ability to participate in strategic planning while excelling at day-to-day execution and optimization. ~ Advanced Business English, particularly in writing and speaking. Experience scaling mobile games to top 50 grossing. Experience with mobile casual ever-green games such as puzzles, word games, dominoes, card games, etc. You will have a direct impact on the company's growth trajectory, leading efforts to scale our games to new heights.
