As part of the continued growth of our business, we are looking for a Field Trial Technician (m/f/d) to join our team in the Koszalin area (West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Koszalin County, Poland).

We offer
stable, full-time employment with a planned start date of March 1, 2027, or as soon as possible thereafter. Provide technical support for breeding activities, particularly field trials conducted within the KWS trial network. Plan, prepare, and execute activities related to the sowing and harvesting of breeding materials. Conduct field observations, including the use of drones, and report results for further analysis. Supervise seasonal employees during field operations. Ensure high-quality trial execution and the timely completion of assigned tasks ~ graduates of agricultural studies are welcome. Very good command of Polish and communicative English skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.



Valid Category B driver's license; Experience coordinating seasonal workers would be considered an asset. ~
