At K-LAGAN, we are looking for an On-site IT Support Specialist to join our team and act as the primary on-site IT support contact for employees at our Madrid office. You will be responsible for:
• Incident & Request Management: Manage incidents and service requests in ServiceNow, from qualification and prioritization through resolution, escalation, user communication, and closure.
• Level 2 Support: Provide Level 2 support for Windows workstations, peripherals, standard business applications, connectivity issues, and mobile devices in a corporate environment.
• Hardware & Software Provisioning: Handle hardware and software installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
• Lifecycle Activities: Coordinate and execute IT onboarding, offboarding, equipment replacement, recovery, and inventory activities.
• Autonomous Collaboration: Work autonomously on site while coordinating priorities, escalations, and service performance with the Paris-based management team and local stakeholders.
• Documentation & Improvement: Maintain operational documentation, IT asset records, troubleshooting notes, and contribute to the continuous improvement of support procedures and the user experience. What you need to excel in this position: Key Experience & Technical

Skills:
• Proven hands-on experience in corporate IT support or digital workplace services, ideally in a multi-site and international environment.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow incident and request management.
• Solid background in Level 2 support for Windows workstations, peripherals, standard business applications, and connectivity.
• Proven experience in hardware and software provisioning, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, as well as IT onboarding and offboarding processes.




• Advanced / fluent command of both Spanish and English (C1 level, mandatory for daily communication with local users and international teams). Desired Knowledge (Plus):
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, endpoint management tools, Active Directory, mobile device support, IT asset management, and ITIL-based practices.
• Professional proficiency in French is considered an advantage. Interpersonal

Skills:
• High level of autonomy, ownership, and sound judgement.
• Strong customer service, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with remote management and local stakeholders. ?
