We are looking for a passionate, commercially driven Sales Associate to join our Aspen boutique and help shape the Fusalp client experience in one of the world's most iconic luxury ski destinations.

You will be more than a Sales Associate: you will be an ambassador of French Alpine elegance, building meaningful connections with a discerning international clientele while contributing to the long-term success of our boutique.

Job Description

- Create memorable client experiences through warm, attentive and personalized service.

- Bring the Fusalp story to life by sharing our French Alpine heritage, craftsmanship and technical expertise.

- Drive sales and build loyalty through genuine connections and thoughtful product recommendations.

- Contribute to boutique excellence through visual merchandising, stock management and smooth daily operations.

No previous luxury retail experience is required. We'll help you develop your product knowledge and selling skills.

Must-have

- Fluency in English.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for customer service.

- A positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude.

- Willingness to learn and develop commercial skills.

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays during the winter season.

Nice-to-have

- Previous experience in retail, fashion, hospitality or customer service.

- French or additional languages.

- An interest in sales, styling and personalized client experiences.

- A passion for skiing, fashion and the Alpine lifestyle.

What you’ll love working here

- A seasonal part-time position (20 hours per week 50%), from December 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027

- A gross monthly salary of €800 €850 depending on experience including prorated extra salary payments.

- Performance-based sales incentives, subject to the applicable bonus plan.

- Full training in Fusalp's collections, technical expertise and luxury client service.
