Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Management team, this role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‐on experience across all F&B; outlets while developing a strong understanding of the administrative and commercial aspects of hotel operations. Administrative & Management Support
* Provide administrative support to the Food & Beverage leadership team in their day-to‐day activities.
* Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
* Help maintain and update menus, product information, pricing, and POS systems.
* Assist with departmental documentation, procedures, and internal communications.
* Support the preparation of presentations and business reviews for management meetings. Scheduling & Workforce Planning
* Support managers in the preparation and maintenance of team schedules and staffing plans.
* Ensure scheduling information is accurately updated and communicated. Operational Exposure & Outlet Support:
* Gain practical experience across several Food & Beverage outlets, supporting daily operations and service delivery.
* Greet all guests warmly and by name, escort guests to their table, provide chair assistance for all guests, and menu presentation.
* Approach guests and collect information needed to assist with seat arrangements.
* Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
* To serve food and beverage orders according to recipes and service standards.




* To be knowledgeable about products available.
* Work with the rest of the team in keeping things running smoothly and tidily, for both table and bar service.
* Support the implementation of brand standards and service excellence initiatives. You ́re studying a bachelor ́s/master ́s degree in hospitality or a related field. You have the possibility to sign an agreement with your school for a period of preferably 6 months.

Education:
* Degree in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or a related field. Technical

Skills:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of hotel food & beverage systems and software is a plus. Communication:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English. Multitasking & Attention to Detail:
