Experience:
3+ years We are looking for a highly skilled Jr. Java Support Engineer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, SQL & Monitoring skills to join our growing technology team. Required

Skills:
* 3+ years of experience in Java development and/or application support
* Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot
* Experience writing, modifying, and troubleshooting SQL queries and scripts




* Knowledge of REST and SOAP web services
* Strong code analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
* Experience with Incident Management, Change Management, and Major Incident processes
* Experience working with monitoring and alerting tools
* Hands-on experience with Elastic and Kibana
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills xqysrnh
* Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced production support environment
