Salary: Basic €30,000 gross p/a + On-target bonus of €5,175 gross per year, with uncapped earning potential.
Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Are you a German-speaking sales professional with a passion for digital marketing, technology and business development? We are recruiting an experienced B2B Sales Executive to join an international sales team in Barcelona, supporting one of the world's leading AI technology companies.

In this role, you will focus on acquiring new business clients and introducing innovative AI-powered advertising solutions that help businesses grow. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys prospecting, building client relationships and closing deals. You will work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with excellent earning potential and opportunities for career progression.

Your Responsibilities

- Identify and engage potential business clients through inbound leads and outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email and social selling.
- Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Understand client business needs and recommend suitable AI-powered advertising solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and qualification through to closing deals.
- Build relationships with business decision-makers, including senior management.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales, revenue and activity targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional solutions.




- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.

You will need:

- Fluent German and a good command of English
- B2B sales or business development experience
- Previous outbound phone sales experience
- Experience in lead generation, qualification and managing a sales pipeline
- Experience working towards sales targets and quotas
- Strong communication, negotiation and consultative selling skills.
