MISSION

In our Viladecavalls headquarters, we are looking for a Human Resources Trainee to support or local HR Team, mainly in Labour Relations and Talent Management .

This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across different HR functions, combining people-oriented activities with a business-driven, analytical and digital approach.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS

Labour Relations & HR Legal

- Support the preparation and management of legal and administrative documentation related to labour relations.
- Assist in the follow-up of labour regulations, collective bargaining agreements and internal HR policies.
- Support employee relations processes and other labour-related initiatives.

Talent Acquisition & Development

- Support the end-to-end recruitment process for trainee positions, including CV screening, phone and face-to-face interviews.
- Assist in the onboarding and follow-up of trainees.
- Collaborate in talent development initiatives and support of training activities when needed.
- Support the management and processing of HR-related invoices.

HR Analytics & Reporting

- Support the preparation and analysis of HR reports, dashboards and KPIs.
- Collect and analyse HR data to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Contribute to the digitalization, automation and continuous improvement of HR processes.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS





- Students currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Management or a related field .
- Strong analytical skills and a business-oriented mindset.
- Tech-savvy profile , with advanced Excel skills and an interest in data analysis, reporting and digital tools. Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools will be highly valued.
- Advanced English level.
- Good communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Motivated to work in a dynamic environment such as the automotive industry.
