We're looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager to own and drive the Core product direction at SplitMetrics Acquire
- a B2B SaaS platform for Apple Ads management.
The team is responsible for driving campaign performance through optimisations, such as AI Bidding, Keyword Expansion Strategies, and automated rules based on external signals.
What You'll Be DoingProduct Strategy & RoadmapOwn and drive the quarterly strategy for the core team responsible for the performance optimisation part of the productDefine quarterly OKRs and initiatives in collaboration with your product team and aligned with the broader company strategy and OKRsTranslate signals from clients, Sales, CS, and the market into product prioritiesEnd-to-End Product DevelopmentLead discovery: client research and data analysisDefine the product vision for each initiative you work on from high-level concept to detailsWrite clear, structured PRDs for cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Design)Partner with engineers to drive execution: align on scope, unblock dependencies, support deliveryAdoption & Go-To-MarketPartner with Product Marketing on feature positioning and launch communicationWork with CS to drive adoption among enterprise clientsDefine product UX copy (tooltips, banners, onboarding)Track adoption and iterate based on dataCross-Functional LeadershipWork in tight alignment with GTM teams (Sales, CS,



Marketing)Ensure the product supports Sales in closing and CS in expanding accountsRepresent your area with internal and external stakeholdersAbout You3+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with enterprise-facing productsExperience in mobile UA, AdTech, or performance marketing is a strong plus — you understand the client's worldExperience working on ML products is a plusStrong data fluency: comfortable working with large-scale performance data, experiments, and key metricsAbility to extract insights and make decisions even with imperfect data or analytics setupSolid understanding of A/B testing, incrementality, and optimization logicProven ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes (revenue, retention, expansion)Experience writing clear, structured PRDs for cross-functional teamsStrong prioritization skills, balancing data, business context, and stakeholder inputEnd-to-end ownership mindset — from discovery through delivery to adoptionComfortable operating in ambiguity and resource-constrained environmentsExperience with AI-first software development lifecycle (AI prototyping, spec-driven development, personally delivering internal tools) is a plusAbility to align Engineering, Sales, CS, and Marketing without direct authorityStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Fluent English (B2+)What is there for you?
