About the jobBased at the Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, the Waiter/Waitress is responsible for performing all operational tasks and duties within the outlet under the guidance of managers and supervisors. The role's primary objective is to serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring every guest experiences exceptional service and leaves delighted.
As Waiter/Waitress,



you will beresponsiblefor the following duties:Prepare mise en place for each shift and maintain cleanliness and organization throughout service, including polishing and assembling equipment.
Properly present all dishes and beverages in line with hotel and outlet standards, and up-sell services and products to enhance guest experience and revenue.
As Waiter/Waitress, weexpect you: Experience and educationHold a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Experience in luxury hospitality is highly desirable.
Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and ability to deliver service at the highest level.
