- Enterprise Software (Full-time / Permanent) Join Orisha, an international software group accelerating digital transformation across Europe through deep industry expertise, value-added services, and cutting-edge vertical solutions. As a Sales Executive , you will lead Orisha's commercial expansion in your market. You will drive new customer acquisition, build long-term strategic relationships with key executives, and play a pivotal role in strengthening Orisha's market leadership. Your missions Drive End-to-End Consultative Sales : Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities, guiding prospective clients from initial outreach through contract signature with high-value solutions. Build & Steer a Predictable Pipeline : Manage a healthy, robust sales funnel, maintain meticulous CRM records, and deliver accurate sales forecasts to consistently meet and exceed ambitious revenue and margin targets. Deliver High-Impact Value Demos : Partner with presales and functional teams to present tailored software demonstrations and compelling business cases to C-level stakeholders. Nurture & Expand Existing Accounts : Cultivate trusted partnerships across your client portfolio, unlocking upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value. Act as a Market & Brand Ambassador : Analyze market dynamics, monitor competitive moves, and represent Orisha at trade shows, events, and networking initiatives, collaborating closely with Marketing, Implementation, and Customer Success teams. Who are you? You bring a University degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related field) and at least 5 years of successful B2B sales experience.



You have a proven track record selling enterprise software, SaaS platforms, ERP, CRM, or complex digital transformation projects, with demonstrated quota over-achievement. You master consultative and value-based selling methodologies, with solid experience negotiating with C-level and senior decision-makers. You are proficient in CRM platforms (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar) and comfortable using data and KPIs to steer your activity. Experience commercializing software solutions within the agri-food sector (especially fruit, vegetables, and cereal) is a strong advantage. You are a native or bilingual Spanish speaker, with professional working proficiency in English (B2-C1). You are recognized for your autonomy, strategic business vision, strong closing abilities, and collaborative spirit.
