With 206 rooms and seven villas, destination dining, wellness facilities, and a Beach Club, we are building a team that will bring warm, thoughtful hospitality to every part of the guest experience. We are looking for a Learning & Development Manager to design and lead the learning, development, and culture strategy for ZEST Hotel & Resort Ibiza ahead of opening. In addition to leading learning and development initiatives, you will play a key role in driving internal communications that connect employees to the ZEST vision, values, and business objectives, fostering engagement and a strong sense of belonging across the organization. Develop and implement the Learning & Development strategy to support business objectives and operational excellence. Create and manage training programs focused on service excellence, leadership development, technical skills, compliance, and professional growth. Coordinate leadership development programs, succession planning, and talent development initiatives. Manage the learning management system (LMS), training records, compliance tracking, and reporting. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and team-building activities across all departments. Measure training effectiveness through employee feedback, operational results,



and performance indicators. Support performance management processes by providing development tools, resources, and coaching frameworks. Establish partnerships with external training providers, educational institutions, and hospitality organizations. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Hospitality Management, Psychology, Education, or a related field. ~4-6 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Talent Development, or Human Resources, preferably within hospitality or luxury service environments. ~ Proven experience designing and delivering training programs, workshops, and leadership development initiatives. ~ Strong understanding of adult learning principles, performance management, and talent development practices. ~ Experience using learning management systems (LMS) and training reporting tools. ~ Fluent in English, with excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills. Passion for learning, talent development, and employee growth.
