We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruitment strategy for ZEST Hotel & Resort Ibiza and build an exceptional team ahead of opening. Working closely with department leaders, you will develop innovative sourcing strategies, create an outstanding candidate experience, and establish a talent acquisition function that reflects our culture, values, and service philosophy. Develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy to support the resort's pre-opening and ongoing recruitment needs. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across all departments, from workforce planning and sourcing to selection, offers, and onboarding. Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure recruitment plans align with operational and business objectives. Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, employer branding initiatives, and partnerships with hospitality schools and industry organizations. Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and external talent partners. Drive an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment journey. Coordinate and facilitate recruitment events,



career fairs, assessment centers, and open days. Develop and promote the ZEST employer brand across digital platforms and recruitment channels. Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to continuously improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency. Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies, employment legislation, and diversity, equity, and inclusion principles. This role is idóneo for a passionate talent acquisition professional who combines strategic thinking with operational excellence and enjoys building high-performing teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Psychology, or a related field. ~4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources, with experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes. ~ Strong experience sourcing talent across a variety of functions and levels, including management and operational roles. ~ Demonstrated ability to build talent pipelines, employer branding initiatives, and recruitment partnerships. ~ Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills and proficiency in applicant tracking systems, HR technology, and Microsoft Office. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
