At Necomplus , we are looking for a Financial Controller to join our Finance team in Alicante and support a key business area within an international environment. Your responsibilities Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning . Analyze presente vs. budget/forecast variances and profitability. Prepare financial and ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions. Monitor costs, risks and opportunities. Collaborate with Finance, Operations and other business teams. Contribute to improving financial reporting and processes. What we're looking for ~3+ years of experience in Finance, Controlling or FP&A.; ~ Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost control and financial analysis. ~ Strong understanding of accounting principles; IFRS is a plus. ~ Advanced Excel skills. ~ CCH Tagetik knowledge is a plus. ~ Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. ~ Proactive, curious and business-oriented mindset. ~ Ability to work independently and collaborate with senior stakeholders. ~ English proficiency.
