Ria Money Transfer is seeking a Payments Technical Support Specialist EMEA to oversee live operations of our Ria, Xe and Dandelion services in the EMEA region. The role leads support for back-office administration, partner lifecycle management, and analytics within a 24/7 global team.

The idóneo candidate holds a related bachelor degree and has at least 3 years in API integration or technical support, with experience in Zendesk, Jira and Power BI.
