NTT DATA is hiring an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to operate in the region and provide remote technical support to clients. You will identify and resolve incidents, restore services and ensure SLAs are met through proactive monitoring and effective problem solving.

You will work across cultures, communicate clearly with clients, and coordinate with internal teams to implement remedies and preventive measures, while documenting actions in the ticketing system.
