About the Role

Our client, a leading architectural firm specializing in large-scale commercial and entertainment venues, is searching for a highly creative and visionary Arquitecto de Diseño Conceptual to join their team in León, Guanajuato . This role is critical for developing the initial design concepts and aesthetic frameworks for ambitious new projects, including shopping malls, multiplex cinemas, and entertainment complexes. The successful candidate will be instrumental in translating client aspirations and market trends into unique and compelling architectural visions. Key Responsibilities

- Generate innovative and unique design concepts for commercial and entertainment architecture, focusing on user experience and brand identity.
- Develop preliminary design studies, sketches, renderings, and mood boards to communicate conceptual ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders in León .
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and business development teams to understand market demands and competitive landscapes.
- Conduct research on general architectural trends, new materials, and innovative construction technologies applicable to commercial projects.
- Work with senior architects to refine conceptual designs into buildable project proposals.
- Present design concepts to clients, project teams, and review boards,



articulating the rationale and vision behind each proposal.
- Ensure conceptual designs are aligned with project feasibility, budget considerations, and the firm's design ethos.

Requirements

- Degree in Architecture or a related field from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in conceptual design and visualization for commercial/entertainment projects.
- Exceptional creativity and artistic talent, with a keen eye for aesthetics, form, and spatial composition.
- Proficiency in conceptual design tools such as SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and persuade.
- Understanding of architectural principles, building materials, and construction methods relevant to large-scale public venues.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with the local market and architectural context of León is a plus.
