About the Client Our client is a growing payment services provider serving businesses in online industries. It offers payment acquiring, multi-currency accounts, currency exchange, and international payment services. Role Overview Take ownership of payment card disputes and help detect suspicious activity before it causes harm. As a Fraud Officer, you will investigate transactions, work with merchants and internal teams, and improve fraud prevention processes. The role involves communication with international clients and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full transaction dispute lifecycle, including chargebacks.
• Handle cases through card network platforms, including Mastercard Mastercom and Visa Resolve Online.
• Monitor transactions for suspicious payments and emerging fraud trends.
• Work with merchants to investigate flagged transactions and verify their legitimacy.
• Maintain case records and report on confirmed fraud and incoming disputes.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities on fraud prevention systems and payment card disputes.
• Review and onboard prospective partners’ websites.




• Develop and maintain departmental policies and procedures. Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience in fraud prevention, payment card disputes, or chargeback management.
• Knowledge of Visa and Mastercard rules and requirements.
• Hands-on experience with fraud prevention systems and transaction monitoring.
• Solid understanding of payment card fraud schemes.
• Ability to analyze large volumes of transaction data and identify unusual activity.
• Upper-intermediate English or higher, and fluent Russian. Key Soft Skills
