As Events Manager you will oversee the planning and execution of international meetings - from coordinating logistics and managing vendors to supporting budgets, travel, compliance, and post-event processes. You'll ensure smooth, well?organized events and serve as a key partner to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Full-time employment - hybrid in Madrid or remote in Spain
You will:
Prepare and attend international events
Manage meetings conduct management and troubleshooting
Communicate with internal and external clients on meeting planning, budgeting, organization, conduct and follow-up
Conduct market research with regards to destinations/venues for project meetings
Oversee travel arrangements for the meetings attendees
