Our partner is looking for a Product Analyst – Pendo based in Spain. As a Product Analyst specializing in Pendo, you will support the Product organization by transforming product usage data into actionable insights that improve decision-making and customer experiences. You will take ownership of product analytics configuration, dashboards, reporting, and data quality, helping Product Managers understand customer behavior and measure feature adoption. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to collaborate with an international, remote-friendly team operating across multiple regions and cultures. Accountabilities
- Manage the day-to-day operation of Pendo, including tagging, configuration, dashboards, reports, and ongoing data quality monitoring.
- Ensure new product features and capabilities are properly tagged and measurable following release, enabling consistent tracking of adoption and performance.
- Combine Pendo analytics with data from Grafana, business intelligence platforms, and internal systems to provide additional context and a more comprehensive view of product performance.




- Support product leadership reporting by maintaining the dashboards, recurring reports, and measurement processes used to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs).
- Identify opportunities to strengthen analytics processes, reporting consistency, and data quality to support informed product decisions.
- Work effectively with international colleagues across different time zones and cultural backgrounds, with occasional travel to the United States, Europe, and Asia as required. Hands-on experience with Pendo is essential, including product tagging, platform configuration, dashboard creation, reporting, and product usage analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate customer behavior, identify meaningful trends, and translate data into practical insights.
