Responsibilities

- Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and align training delivery with medical priorities
- Design and develop engaging learning materials across live, virtual, and self-directed formats
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and learning programmes with logistics support
- Manage assigned initiatives from brief through implementation with compliance oversight




- Assess learner feedback and data to measure effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in clinical science, education, learning and development, or related field
- Minimum 12 months' experience designing, delivering, or coordinating learning programmes
- Understanding of adult learning principles and ability to create practical training experiences
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management across multiple timelines
- Proficiency with digital learning tools and approved AI applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for general cross-functional teams
