On behalf of our esteemed customer, an important High Luxury Brand , we are recruiting the following profile to join their prestigious boutique in Madrid:

STORE MANAGER / HIGH LUXURY BRAND / MADRID

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all store operations and team performance;
- Lead, motivate and develop the boutique team (around 17 FTE);
- Be a Brand Ambassador and represent the Core Values of the Brand;
- Strong Clienteling focus;
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience and ensure excellence in client service;
- Drive sales performance, productivity and profitability;
- Monitor and analyse KPIs and business results;
- Ensure that visual merchandising and store standards are maintained at the highest level;
- Produce reports and specific business analysis.

The idóneo candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:

- Fluent spoken Spanish and English;
- At least 8 years of experience in a managerial role within Luxury Brands;
- Strong leadership and people management skills;
- Business driven and detail oriented;
- Team player with the ability to lead and influence peers;
- Confident, enthusiastic and positive attitude;
