When a patient has a severe respiratory condition in a ProMedica hospital, a Registered Respiratory Therapist provides the care they need in a general, clinical, emergency, and/or diagnostic care area.
You will help create a care plan, evaluate goals, and maintain communication with appropriate members of a patient’s health care team.
In this role, you will help with clinical instruction of respiratory care, nursing, medical students, and residents as needed. The above summary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed in this role. Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program
Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). Licensed to provide respiratory care services by the state where work is performed
Membership in the American Association of Respiratory Care
