We are looking for a Quality Engineering Supervisor to join our team in Valencia, Spain. This opportunity is aimed at experienced Quality professionals with a strong background in the automotive industry, combining technical quality expertise with team leadership and a strong customer and supplier orientation. Main

responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a team of 6–10 employees
• Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement activities
• Manage APQP and PPAP processes
• Coordinate supplier quality activities and audits
• Support customer quality requirements and expectations
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• Monitor Quality KPIs and reporting
• Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System What we are looking for:
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Quality
• Engineering degree or equivalent
• Previous experience in the automotive industry




• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and quality tools
• Experience leading and developing teams
• Professional English
