We are keen to speak with experienced Functional Business Analysts who can help us re-shape the way our sales and customer-facing teams operate. Reporting into the Head of Group Sales Operations & Sales Excellence, you'll act as the critical link between Sales and Commercial stakeholders, process owners, product owners, IT teams and delivery partners. Working autonomously, your focus will be translating commercial priorities into practical business designs, scalable processes, and clear functional requirements. Working at the heart of a major transformation programme, you’ll be delivering far more than your traditional Business Analyst. What you’ll be doing:
• Leading workshops and discovery sessions with Sales and other customer facing business functions
• Gathering, challenging, and refining requirements to identify true business needs whilst also confidently influencing senior stakeholders
• Designing process maps, operating models and management routines
• Translating requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications
• Supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and HubSpot initiatives
• Defining workflows, automation, permissions, reporting and integration requirements
• Enabling data migration activities by defining business objects,



field mappings and validation requirements
• Leading UAT activities, ensuring business readiness and successful adoption
• Developing KPI frameworks, dashboards and performance measurement requirements
• Creating practical tools, templates and guidance that improve commercial effectiveness
• Partnering with stakeholders across countries to pilot, refine and implement new ways of working. What you’lll bring:
• Qualified to degree level in related subject or equivalent professional experience
• Fluent in English and either French, German, or Spanish
• Applied experience of Functional Business Analysis, Functional Consultancy, Sales Operations or Commercial transformation
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
• Experience of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
• Understanding of CRM data models, workflows, reporting, and ERP integrations
• Proven expertise in process mapping, workflow design, and business analysis
• Previous experience in supporting UAT, business readiness, or large-scale change initiatives The Challenge: This role isn’t for someone looking for a highly mature and established organisation.
