? We’re hiring: PMO Specialist / PMO Lead / PMO Coordinator – Barcelona Are you an experienced PMO who enjoys bringing people, plans and priorities together to make complex programs move forward? We’re looking for someone to support a large-scale Genesys CCaaS deployment, coordinating project activities across IT, Operations and Business teams. You’ll help keep delivery on track, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure the program stays aligned with its business objectives. ? ? What you’ll do
• Coordinate project plans, milestones and dependencies
• Track budgets, KPIs, risks, issues and change requests
• Prepare clear progress updates and executive presentations
• Connect stakeholders across countries, functions and teams
• Support delivery, change management and user adoption ✅ What we’re looking for
• Strong experience in PMO, project or program management
• Background in large-scale transformation programs




• Experience in Contact Center, CCaaS, CX or Customer Service projects
• Confidence working with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery models
• Fluent English and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• A proactive, collaborative approach and excellent stakeholder skills ?️ Nice to have
• Background in Contact Center, Customer Experience or Customer Service transformation
• Experience supporting large-scale international programs with distributed teams
• Familiarity with change management and user adoption in operational environments
